Join SoilTribes at EXPERIMENTA Festival 2027
A new international participation opportunity is opening for the SoilTribes community!
Up to 80 members of the SoilTribes Community of Practice (CoP) can apply to participate in EXPERIMENTA Festival 2027, taking place on 17–19 February 2027 in Grenoble, France.
Applications are open until 12 October 2026 at 23:59 CET.
For SoilTribes, participation in EXPERIMENTA creates another opportunity for members of the community to meet, exchange perspectives, connect, and bring the conversation around soil literacy and soil stewardship into a wider international setting.
Further information about the venue and festival programme is still being confirmed and will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
An opportunity for the SoilTribes Community of Practice
The SoilTribes Community of Practice brings together people and organisations from different sectors who share an interest in strengthening society’s connection with soil. Structured around the Academia, Business, Government, and Society pillars, the CoP creates a space for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and learning across disciplines.
By connecting science, technology, arts, and society, it supports new ways of making soil knowledge more accessible, relevant, and closely linked to everyday life. As part of this community, up to 80 CoP members will have the opportunity to participate in EXPERIMENTA Festival 2027.
Not a CoP member yet? Join the community first
The opportunity is specifically available to members of the SoilTribes Community of Practice.
However, interested people who have not yet joined the CoP can still take part in the process.
The first step is to submit an Expression of Interest to join the SoilTribes Community of Practice. Once part of the community, interested members can proceed with the application process for participation in EXPERIMENTA Festival 2027.
